1. Diploma Apprentice from government polytechnic and Govt Aided Colleagues through  Interview. 
2. Minimum % of Marks not less than 60%
3. Age – At the Time of Joining not less than 18 years
4. Trade : Mechanical, Automobile, Electricals, Plastic Mould
5. Stipend :- Rupees 10,000/- P.M (For 1 Year)
6. Regularization - 1yr Apprentice Training, 1yr DET as per the company policy, 3rd yr AE (6 month Probation).
7. Stipend/Salary will also be as per policy
8. Overtime Payment :- Entitled As applicable to DET.
9. ESIC Applicable & PF – Not Applicable during apprenticeship of 1 year. 
10. Payment of bonus – Not Applicable up to Apprentice
11. Attendance Award ---Yes (Rs. 800/- & Rs. 600/-). 
12. Shift working --- Yes as per manufacturing planning

4. Installation and commissioning of new customers within the timeline.
5. Follow standard operating procedures for carrying out installation, complaints, preventive maintenance and documentation of the network.
