·         They should be conversant with the use of Structural Analysis and Design Software such as AUTO CAD, STAAD PRO.

·         Planning & scheduling for entire plant (Preparation of production schedules, L1, L2, L3, Etc.) Resource planning for various activities

·         Prioritization of activities so as to complete all activities as per schedule.

·         Coordinate with engineering and procurement group for release of drawings/supply of materials in time so that fabrication/ erection is not affected due to requirement of the above.

·         Prepare MIS for Project/Production review meetings

·         They should possess effective communication and leadership skills.

·         Prepare the production related database MIS report

·         Read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.

·         Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, and operation of product designs.

·         Perform personnel functions, such as supervision of production workers, technicians, technologists and other engineers, and design of evaluation programs.

·         Processing Information -- Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data.

·         Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

·         Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.

·         Flexible for working in day or night shift in steel structural industries like Pre engineered Building.
