Training Period: Selected candidates will undergo one year training in our technical function & lab. On successful completion of training, they will be absorbed in regular cadre.

Salary & Benefits:  During the period of training students shall be paid @ Rs. 21,500/-  + Rs. 1,500/- HRA .  If students will continue their duty for 3 continuous years with our organisation then they will be eligible for retention payment which is Rs. 25,000/-  after completion of 3 years, Rs. 40,000/- after completion of 4 years & Rs. 50,000/- after completion of 5 years.

Areas of Responsibility/ Tasks:-  Daily Production Planning.  Incoming material Inspection and quality checking.  Proactively taking actions on online printing probable defects can arise.  Finished Product Inspection Print Quality Inspection checking and solve quality issues.  Responsible for platemaking department print production planning.  Reducing production scrap by taking necessary action.  Responsible for preparing Wastage Analysis Report.  Troubleshooting in Printing Department.  Responsible for preparing monthly production report.  Responsible for preparing monthly physical stock report.  Responsible for maintaining ISO Documents to sustain Quality.  Supervising team for timely & error free production.
