Recruitment Process: Written Test, Group Discussion, Personal Interview

Position offered: Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) 

Work Profile :  Will be trained in the entire manufacturing process of compressor for first six months.  After six months, looking at the performance and knowledge, will be put in any one of the processes as per their suitability.  5s, Kaizen, 3N, 4M implementation.  Knowledge of CNC and assembly lines.  Have to work in shifts 

Eligibility:  Diploma Mechanical Fresher  Good communication and presentation skills  Candidate must be willing to sign a professional services agreement to serve the company for a minimum of 2 years after the training period of 1 year.
